Australia’s Future Tax System Review Panel hosted a two-day conference on the reform of Australia’s tax and transfer system on 18 and 19 June.
The conference provided an opportunity for leading international experts and a range of academics and stakeholders to debate tax and transfer policy issues and contribute to the work of the review in an informal setting. The drafts of papers and slideshows presented at the conference <http://taxreview.treasury.gov.au/content/Content.aspx?doc=html/conference.htm> have been released. The panel said the final versions will be published as they become available.
